We will continue our tour south past Jericho to Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Thursday’s tour begins with a boat ride along the Sea of Galilee, where Jesus walked and His disciples fished. Our day will conclude with a visit to the baptismal site on the Jordan River called Yardenit before arriving at the hotel for the night. Today’s tour includes a special lunch at St. Peter’s Fish. Israel is a country where hidden oases can be found among windswept deserts. It is also a place where ancient rivers have carved rocky cliffs and where historical ruins are within reach of modern architecture.

  • On the tour, we’ll visit sites on the coast and around Galilee, including Nazareth, the Sea of Galilee, the Jordan River, and the Dead Sea.
  • For followers of Christ, a trip to the Holy Land is a once-in-a-lifetime experience in a place that doesn’t just bring the Bible to life but adds a visual dimension to the beliefs you’ve staked your life upon.
  • As we share the best of Rome together, you’ll see more that 15 historic sites.
  • This life-changing experience in Israel is not to be missed.

Come along with us to visit the land where Jesus lived, healed, declared the Kingdom of God and offered His life as a substitute for our sins. Over the decades I have been to Israel many times and I have always found something new. It is hard to top the experience of visiting the land where Jesus taught and preached.

The Bible will come alive in ways you never thought possible; and your daily walk, prayer life, and understanding of Scripture will be forever changed. Tuesday’s tour will start with a drive past Supreme Court and a view at the Knesset Menorah and Knesset Menorah. We will also stop by the Israel Museum, which houses the Second Temple Period Model, the Shrine of the Book and the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial Museum. The Afternoon, we’ll visit Bethlehem as well as the Shepherds Field before returning back to our hotel. Then, we’ll board our buses and travel to Golgotha “The Place of the Skull”.

We believe that you are more than a tourist when you participate in Study Tours. You’re an investment! This is evident from the time you book your trip to the moment you return home to share your knowledge with your friends and relatives. As you are taken on a journey through Scripture, you will be immersed into the land and lessons of God’s Word. Your local guide and driver will bring Israel’s past and present culture alive to your senses. See the Bible come to life and experience the Scriptures like never before as we partner with International Christian Embassy Jerusalem to tour the Holy Land for 10 days. Join Pastor Doug and Suzanne, as well other pastors and leaders, as we walk where Jesus walked. We’ll be going to places like Mount Carmel, the Sea of Galilee, the Mount of Beatitudes, the Mount of Olives, the Garden of Gethsemane, and many more.

We move on to the Golan Heights, and to the Valley of Tears, which was the site of a crucial battle during the 1973 Yom Kippur War between Israel and Syria, from which Israel emerged victorious. Our seasoned guides and ministry partners do so much more than handle the details and keep things on schedule. Local guides have intimate knowledge and personal experience of the places and events that you will be visiting. Ministry partner’s teachers are passionate about God’s word and have a shepherd’s heart. That’s the kind of opportunity you’ll have when you come along on our upcoming Israel trip! I am so happy to invite you to come along with me and my wife Debi and Pastor David Guzik and Inga-Lill for this once in a lifetime experience. We would love for you to come as we travel and study through the Holy Land–the spiritual, historical, and cultural experience will be something you will remember forever.

After passing through Ben Gurion Airport, you will meet your group, and then drive to Tiberias. This is the capital of Galilee. Share your first meal, and spend time getting to know one another. Explore Tiberias, a city of remarkable history and spiritual significance. Take a look at the Sea of Galilee also known as Lake of Tiberias. It’s been three years since we last visited Israel. Much has changed in the world around us, yet God’s truth remains the same.
